As a registered charity, LYWAG has a board of trustees who oversee the work of LYWAG they are:

Sue has been a part of LYWAG since its very beginnings and has helped empower many of its young members and steered it on its successful path. In addition to her charity work, she teaches Drama and Media Studies at a local high school.

Peter Armstrong Treasurer

Peter has been in youth work for many years training in youth leadership and management in Watford, Hertfordshire. Recently just retired as a Group Scout Leader from a career spanning over the last ten years. Peter works tirelessly to ensure our events continue at a low ticket price.

Paul took over the Chair in 2009 after serving 4 years as Vice-Chairman. His voluntary sector experience includes teaching art and drama with a local mental health charity, writing and running preventative educational programmes for a youth homelessness charity. Paul currently manages a befriending scheme for adults with learning disabilities.

He also spent time working in the music industry organising tours, liasing with national press as well as experience of writing and directing for the theatre.
